A) NAME OF THE COURSE:- Diploma in Elementary Education (D.EL.Ed.)
B) INTAKE
Intake capacity of Institution is 80 students.
50% Government Quota I.e.40 students
50% Management Quota for Christion Students only I.e.40 students.
C) Criteria for Minority students for admission : -
The Management committee has the right to admit 50% of minority quota as per the Minority law & Indian Institutions clause 30(1).
The students is entitled to take the admission on the following conditions according to applications nos. 5070-73/1999 SLP 16161-1998,19027/1998, 14845-14846/1998, 4933/2004,5199/2005 to the supreme court.
Minimum 44.5% for O.B.C. & 49.5% for Open category in H.S.C.examination & Marathi Medium students should apply for course.
Documents required with application -
1.School leaving certificate of Christion Caste or Caste certificate for OBC Christion.
2.Baptism certificate of the priest.
3.S.S.C.& H.S.C.Marksheet.
4.Parish Priest recommendation letter.
D) Admission Process:-
The admission process is done strictly according to the merit & the rules of Government.
According to the writ Petition 3310/2000 to High Court Mumbai alongwith Management application form,the candidate should fill up the Government application form also.
Minority quota admissions are to be approved by Dy.Director of Educations.
Medium:- The candidate should be passed S.S.C./H.S.C. in marathi Medium.
